The information collected on this form is recorded in a computer file kept by the Secretary-General of the ASBL Stand Up for Europe, appointed Data Protection Officer. They are also recorded in the official register of members of the ASBL Stand Up for Europe if the information provided by the applicant meets the standards and respects the code of conduct. The data is saved for communication purposes (newsletter, invitations to events, project promotions in which Stand Up for Europe participates, etc.) of the ASBL Stand Up for Europe. They will never be used for commercial purposes or transferred to third parties, subject to the use of internal management software and emailing.
If the conditions are met, the data may also be recorded for identification purposes, for the maintenance of the Official Register of members of the ASBL Stand Up for Europe, in accordance with the Belgian law of June 27, 1921, on non-profit associations, foundations, European political parties, and European political foundations.
Only the administration board members of the ASBL Stand Up for Europe have access to all the personal data collected on the basis of the form available on the website, without prejudice to the right of full members to consult the Official Register of the members at the headquarters of the Association (including the name, surname, and contact address of each member), in accordance with Article 10 of the Belgian Law of 27 June 1921 on non-profit associations.
The personal data of people who are not members of the association is kept until the person withdraws their consent expressively through email to receive communications from the ASBL Stand Up for Europe. The personal data of members of the ASBL is kept for as long as no one remains a member of the ASBL and for 2 years after the resignation or exclusion of the member, as part of the proper maintenance of the Official Register of members of the non-profit organization. Under the General Data Protection Regulations, any person has the right to consult, modify or request the deletion of data concerning him. The person in charge of processing personal data has the IT resources to send grouped emails or to ensure good internal management of the association (computerized keeping of the membership register and accounts). These means involve the transmission of personal data to third parties that may be located outside the European Union, in particular, the following recipient: MailChimp (emailing service, certified in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield). These recipients will be provided with the following data: Name, first name, email address and are subject to the General Data Protection Regulations or to the relative international provisions.
